イソノカミのイエ
山辺の道の中程、天理市石上に建つこの邸宅は、斜めに張られた金属板の壁と屋根が印象的な建物である。
クライアントが音楽一家であることから、楽器や音楽を彷彿とさせるような外観デザインとした。
白いボリュームに対し、金属板によるボリュームを斜めに挿入することにより金管楽器を意識させる形態となっている。
音符が載った五線譜のような印象をもつ、北東に向いた大きな開口からは、建物内部に自然光がふんだんに取り込まれる。
さらにその光は、斜めの壁が複雑に重なり合う吹抜け空間を柔らかに演出する。
Located in Isonokami, Tenri City, halfway along mountain side, this residence is an impressive building with diagonally placed metal plate walls and roof.
As the clients are a musical family, the exterior design was designed to evoke musical instruments and music.
By inserting a metal plate volume diagonally into the white volume, the form is reminiscent of a brass instrument.
A large opening facing northeast, reminiscent of a staff of musical notes, allows abundant natural light to enter the interior of the building.
Furthermore, this light softly accentuates the open-ceiling space where the diagonal walls overlap intricately.
